Returns and Exchanges

Purchaser may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of receiving an incorrect or defective item. An exchange or replacement may be provided to the purchaser if it is available. The availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed. Refunds or credits will be provided for returned items in most cases. Please note that Purchaser must have a return material authorization number (RMA) in order to return an item. To obtain a RMA, please send an email with a return request to returns@simplydiecast.com. Include your order number and a reason for the return. Once your RMA number is obtained, please write the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip along with the RMA number and send it to the address listed on the packing slip.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped within 24 hours by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders that occur between Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
